Before joining The Orchard in 2014, Joanna led boutique digital marketing company Zero To Sixty, where she crafted release campaigns for Ellie Goulding, La Roux, Bat For Lashes, Pet Shop Boys and others. Prior, she was GM at Island / Def Jam joint venture label Stolen Transmission.

  Juan Paz , Founder, M3 Music, is a recognized international expert in the Latin music industry, Founder, Strategist and Artist Manager at M3 Music, the Miami-Bogota based artist management agency behind the careers of Bomba Estereo, Monsieur Perine, Superlitio, Eduardo Cabra -aka Visitante- and Vicente Garcia.   Stella Psaroudakis  is Senior Director of E-Commerce,  Warner Music Artist Services  (WMG/WEA). In her role she oversees direct-to-consumer marketing strategy and online commerce for both legendary (Smashing Pumpkins, Blake Shelton, Alice In Chains) and emerging artists (Logic, RaeLynn, Highly Suspect).  In partnership with clients, Stella develops innovative marketing campaigns and compelling retail offers that grow audience, reach, and revenue.
